Overview
As a Painter, you'll prepare and paint recently vacated apartments to meet readiness and leasing goals. This role requires one year of general maintenance experience, with responsibilities including patching, sanding, priming, and professionally painting surfaces. You'll work Monday through Friday (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) with occasional weekends. Must maintain your own tool kit and have a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, 40 vacation hours in the first year, paid sick leave, and holiday pay.
