Overview
As a Maintenance Technician at Ripple Fiber, you'll maintain and repair our fiber optic network infrastructure, including aerial and underground systems. Your responsibilities include locating and repairing fiber faults using tools like OTDR, performing splicing and termination work, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting XGS-PON networks. You'll also optimize WiFi performance, diagnose customer speed complaints, and educate customers on best practices. This role requires 1-2 years of technical field experience, basic knowledge of fiber networks or WiFi, and the ability to learn specialized tools.
