Overview
As the Safe Workplace Manager, you will lead all aspects of safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management within a glass manufacturing facility. Serve as the site's technical expert on OSHA compliance, industrial safety, and incident investigation. Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify hazards and improve safety performance. Manage safety training programs, maintain compliance records, and participate in safety functional councils. Requires a highly visible presence on the manufacturing floor and hands-on leadership approach.
