Overview
As a Site/Shift Supervisor, you'll serve as a customer service champion, greeting and processing personnel and visitors, administering badge identification, and providing assistance. You'll answer incoming calls, monitor suspicious activities, assist in emergency response efforts, and perform additional duties like parking validation and package tracking. The role requires at least 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the US, and a guard card or BSIS certification with First Aid CPR/AED certification. Previous experience in concierge/reception or security roles is preferred.
