Overview
As an ECM Clinical Manager at Vynca, you will provide remote clinical oversight and management of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) staff to address clients' medical and behavioral health needs and social determinants of health. You will supervise a team of 10-15 direct reports, oversee client outreach and enrollments, drive the team to meet KPIs, and collaborate with Directors of Enhanced Care Management. You will also provide clinical oversight, including supervision of clinical staff, clinical sign-offs, and oversight of care plans. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required. You must have an active, unrestricted RN license, 2 years of people management experience, and 2-3 years of care management experience.
