Overview
As a Service Manager III, you'll lead the Raleigh Construction Shop team, managing associates and serving as the primary liaison between the service shop, customers, and company departments. You'll ensure customer satisfaction through timely, professional service, manage financial performance including profit/loss statements, oversee resource scheduling and staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
