A rare opportunity for a senior Transactions Tax leader to build and lead a national transaction tax practice within an established mid-market deal advisory platform.

This is a genuine practice-build mandate with high autonomy, strong internal referral flow and the backing of an award-winning advisory network with deep private equity connectivity.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the UK transaction tax offering across buy-side and sell-side due diligence
• Advise private equity and corporate clients on structuring, SPA clauses and tax risk mitigation
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Drive growth through origination, cross-referrals and post-deal advisory

What you’ll bring

• Senior transactions tax experience within a Big Four or leading mid-tier firm
• Strong UK corporate tax and deals expertise, including cross-border exposure
• Commercial credibility with private equity and corporate acquirers
• A track record of building relationships and generating advisory revenue
