Job Description:
- Serve as an expert on equity markets and multi-asset solutions; translate complex market insights into actionable investment themes and high-conviction trading ideas.
- Design and review tailored investment proposals, with a specific focus on direct equity positioning, thematic baskets, and equity-linked structured products.
- Lead investment discussions in client meetings and pitch rehearsals, demonstrating professional authority to win mandates and deepen client trust.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the front office on equity fundamental analysis, market trends, and new product launches.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales conduct guidelines.
- Maintain and enhance investment professionalism.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of investment products.
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, with exposure to client-facing roles, and a proven track record as an Equity Specialist, IC, or Buy-side Analyst.
- Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Occasional travel may be required.
