We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Transport Sales, Air to join our team in Korea DTS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets by providing expertise on Air product in the customers' logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers with Direct Transport Sales (DTS) Channel customer portfolio by providing expertise with Air Product.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales strategies and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
· Develop and implement customer business development plans that align with our short-term and long-term sales strategies and market environment.
· Utilize SFDC (CRM tool) to optimize sales pipeline and ensure to keep data quality.
· Participate in tendering processes and manage relationship with clients.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.
We are looking for:
1. 5+ years of Air Freight Sales experience from a local or global forwarder
2. Hands-on experience managing SME customers (Preferred: Industry insights or commercial experience in key verticals such as E-commerce, K-Beauty, and Consumer.)
3. Strong hunting capability with proven track record in new customer acquisition
4. Strategic thinking with both short and long-term planning skills. .
5. Business-level English communication skills (written & verbal)
