Description
Read abstract problem definitions, define problem statements, design and ensure that goals of our end users and technology are met. Work with multiple teams to determine and understand requirements and implement resolutions to technical issues. Design and develop processing frameworks running on Android, Linux, and other High Level Operating Systems as well as on embedded, real-time AI Processors. Test and validate solutions for quality, performance, and power Explore opportunities outside of Mobile, including Automotive, IoT, XR, etc. Engineers with ideally 2+ years of professional experience in the following areas are welcome to apply: Strong knowledge of modern C++ and C; experience with other object-oriented languages a plus Good understanding of software development principles and practices, object-oriented design Familiar with computer/hardware architecture and operating systems Real-time software development concepts Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work with multiple teams. The candidate is expected to follow excellent software development practices and processes. Working experience with modern C++ and C Working experience with Python in OOP manner Experience with Linux development Experience with embedded software development Understanding of Android Native/HAL and multimedia frameworks (MediaCodec, Android Graphics, Camera HAL) a plus Knowledge of Linux driver development Experience with high-performance computing Understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and digital image/signal processing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
