Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to tasks in the Service Product focusing on waste removal, self-service, and automation, like accurate ticket routing.

• Collaborate globally within the Service Product and, if needed, the broader Digital Technology organization.

• Share knowledge and information, seeking to apply standard processes.

• Take ownership of tasks prioritized in the Service Product.

• Use a data-driven approach when working on initiatives.

• Ensure IT Policies and Principles are followed on-site proactively.

• Improve, apply, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.

The Associate Tech Service Specialist operates independently and demonstrates self-motivation within one or more technology areas. Valued in a service product for solving a wide range of complex issues, shifting focus from reactive to proactive.

Do you have what it takes?

• Understanding IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of ITSM principles and IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases. Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira to optimize IT services and track incidents.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware and software issues. Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Office Suite, Azure, and Office 365.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, develop innovative solutions, and interpret data for decision-making and process improvement.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and collaborator engagement.

• Adaptability and Learning: Ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills, adapting to changing environments and technologies. Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Networking and Application Development: Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless) and experience in rapid application development using platforms like Microsoft PowerApps.

• Service and Support Commitment: Dedication to delivering outstanding assistance and care in production-critical environments, including Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Location

This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL. This is not a remote position.
