4.2 Web Graphics Designer, Intermediate (Level 2)

1. User research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) with diverse user segments, including transitioning members, Veterans, families, and service providers.
2. Stakeholder workshops to align goals, constraints, and design principles.
3. Heuristic evaluation of the current NRD using industry best practices (e.g., Nielsen’s heuristics).
4. Redesign of navigation, information architecture, and page layouts.
5. Creation of wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and annotated design specifications.
6. Iterative usability and accessibility testing and sprints, including bilingual scenarios.
7. Development of UX guidelines, content strategy, and accessibility checklists.
8. Knowledge transfer and training for CAF TG staff, including a UX Playbook and templates for ongoing maintenance.
