The HR functions have the stunning role to empower every talent to reach their full potential, directly supporting our business and ongoing growth. In order to enforce our HR Business Partner Team, we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success. You will play a key role in aligning talent initiatives with business priorities, with a focus on workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Working cross-functionally with HR and business teams, you will design and implement solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
In particular, you will:
- Collaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to meet future business needs.
- Partner with managers in promotion and job change processes, ensuring that organizational design remains sustainable and focused on critical roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development, growth and problem-solving capabilities.
- Guide leaders to understand the factors driving employee engagement and their impact on business performance.
- Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes.
- Support the implementation of effective performance management processes.
- Act as a liaison with other HR experts, commissioning tailored solutions for the organization’s specific needs.
What skills are we looking for?
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company.
Strong organizational and goal-setting capabilities, with the ability to manage complexity and drive initiatives forward.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Total compensation: € 64.000 – € 82.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
