We are seeking a full-time cook to manager Salad, Sandwich and Lunch Box Station.
Duties
- Large scale batch cooking: Particularly Salad, Sandwich and Lunch Box Station
- Manage Team of 2 to 3 people
- Putting together customized lunch boxes to order
Requirements
- Culinary knowledge and experience
- Superior attention to detail
- Experience managing staff & delegating tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements (food service sanitation certification a plus)
- Positive attitude, reliable, and flexible
- Fluent in English (bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Clean background check
- Knowledge of following HACCP standards
