POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing the Low Cost Telemetry (LCT) Project in China to continuously secure gas supply to customers, accurately and efficiently in the way of timely meeting customer demand and at the same time optimizing distribution efficiency, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting to M365 users, playing a critical role in data governance, along with optimization of management of data life cycle, and contributing to turn out the value of digitalization for business.

负责中国储罐物联网项目的实施推进，为客户提供更好的用气体验，并且降低运送成本；同时负责向用户提供及时的技术支持和排障响应，扮演数据治理的关键角色，通过优化数据生命周期管理，为业务带来数字化应有的价值。

Principal Accountabilities:

• Fully responsible for and participate in IOT projects related to telemetry, including but not limited to project planning, equipment testing, related system/tool testing and launch, data collection and tracking, project progress monitoring, coordination, reporting and etc
• 全面负责并参与与遥测相关的物联网（IOT）项目，包括但不限于项目规划、设备测试、相关系统/工具测试和上线、数据收集和跟踪、项目进度监控、协调和报告等工作。
• Proactively communicate with sub-region Commercial teams, sub-region Supply Chain Execution teams (e.g. terminal and CE), CSL Scheduling team, CSL Customer Service team, to coordinate and solve customer related problems timely.
• 主动与分区商业团队、分区供应链执行团队（例如工程）、CSL排程团队、CSL客户服务团队进行沟通，协调并及时解决与客户相关的问题
• Be an expert of tools developed by team based on M365, have timely response to users with handbook and deal with unexpected input data.
• 熟悉并掌握团队自主开发的各种基于M365的工具,为用户提供使用指导、处理异常数据；
• Collect and identify information of troubleshooting, continually optimize or upgrade tools and make version’s deployment under control.
• 收集及甄别工具报错信息，持续优化工具，并实施版本控制；
• Take part in projects of new App, keep focus on M365’s latest change and new publishment. 
• 参与新工具的立项与开发，保持对M365更新和升级的关注；
• Create and refresh Data dictionary, manage and share documents.
• 建立并更新数据字典，维护各类技术文档；
• Be a controller of access to data and apps, take daily actions on data governance.
• 负责数据和应用的权限管理，承担数据治理的日常运维；
• Coordinate with developers of IT or other teams.
• 协助IT团队或其他外部开发人员
• Adapt to flexible working hour if required for special projects or urgent needs to support the team.
• 如特殊项目或紧急需求，适应灵活的工作时间以支持团队。
• Ad Hoc tasks.
• 其他临时性工作。

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor, majored in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, software, Information Management or others business relevant.

• 本科，物流、供应链、计算机、信息管理等相关的专业

• Candidate who has experience of low code development or general coding is preferred.

• 有低代码开发或编程相关经验为优
• Be data sensitive, after the trend of technology renovation, self-motivated, careful and accountable.
• 对数字敏感，对新技术感兴趣，善于自我激励，对待工作仔细认真。
• Familiar with telemetry equipment and system. (nice to have)
• 熟悉远程监控的设备和系统
• Take efficient and effective manner and have empathy capability in both of internal and external communication at all levels, good command of written literacy.
• 需具有优秀的沟通和共情能力，善于处理内部和外部各种沟通，有良好的书面表达能力。
• Master of VBA, Power Fx, SQL.
• 熟练掌握VBA/Python/Javascript、SQL
• Familiar with common Apps of M365.
• 熟悉M365下的各种常见应用(Power automate, Power app, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (nice to have)
• 良好的英语沟通能力
• Good team player.
• 良好的团队协作精神
