We are seeking an organised and proactive Governance Support Officer to join our Legal, Governance & Commercial team.
This is a varied business support role providing high-quality administrative and operational support across governance and professional service activities. You will help ensure that governance processes, records, systems and actions are coordinated accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced and regulated environment.

About the role
You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across assigned service areas, coordinating business activities and helping managers and teams to meet priorities and deadlines. You will manage enquiries and shared inboxes, maintain action logs and tracking systems, and support the preparation and maintenance of Board and committee documentation, policies, declarations and other governance records.
Working with colleagues, stakeholders and partners, you will monitor actions, decisions and recommendations arising from Boards, committees and audits. You will maintain governance registers, statutory records, SharePoint repositories and reporting logs so that information remains accurate, current and audit-ready, while also contributing to improvements in systems, processes and ways of working.
