- Location: Spain, Barcelona
- Target start date: 01/12/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Global Process Ownership, Process & Organizational Effectiveness Associate VIE within our Global Trade and Revenue Management function, you will join a strategic team at the heart of Sanofi's commercial transformation. The team drives two major priorities: process excellence, internal control, and compliance, and Trade Effectiveness – People & Capabilities. You will work in a fully international environment, collaborating with Trade teams across the global function.
With a dual focus on operational excellence (process and governance) and capability development (people and organizational strategy), you will contribute to Process, Internal Control & Governance and Trade Effectiveness – People & Capabilities.

Main responsibilities:
Support the design and continuous improvement of Trade processes and internal controls to ensure operational consistency and compliance across the global function:
- Trade Core Model: Contribute to the design and update of global processes, group guidelines, and internal control frameworks in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
- Compliance management: Support the tracking and follow-up of action plans related to internal audits and internal control reviews across Trade countries.
- Governance & PMO Support: Support the preparation of governance and reporting materials (presentations, dashboards, meeting minutes) and assist in organizing governance meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
Support the strategic workforce planning agenda and Learning & Development initiatives to ensure the function has the right capabilities for the future — with a focus on non-tender Trade activities:
- Workforce Analytics & Planning: Collect, analyze, and synthesize workforce data (headcount, costs, skills distribution) to support strategic decision-making.
- Skills Assessment & Development: Support gap analyses and contribute to building actionable capability development roadmaps.
- Learning Program Management: Support the design, deployment, and impact measurement of Trade learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Global Trade team, regional Trade organizations, and Learning & Development hubs to deliver integrated capability-building solutions.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience in business, finance, and management is preferred.
- Experience in pharma/biotech or an international environment is a plus.
Soft and technical skills:
- Curious and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Being proactive, having ambition and willing to accept new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of project management and analytical tools (PowerBI or similar) is appreciated.
Education:
- Master's Degree from business school, university, engineering school, or HR program.
- Specialization in commercial strategy, marketing, management, data, finance, or HR is preferred.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, French is recommended, while Spanish would be a plus.
