HBW maintenance technician

Job Description

• To perform or ensure the safe execution of the preventive maintenance plans according to business strategies

• To identify hazard (mainly safety risks) by evaluating abnormal situation, communicating following steps with team/leader to mitigate risks before any maintenance work
• To troubleshoot machine in case of failure or malfunction, ensuring the machine availability
• To perform or ensure the proper execution according to rules, procedures or local regulations relating to safety, health and environmental protection

• To ensure the quality of the maintenance tasks
• Team up with other departments for continuous improvement and problem solving.

职责：
1、根据业务策略执行或确保预防性维护计划的安全执行
2、通过评估异常情况来识别危险(主要是安全风险)，在任何维护工作之前与团队/领导沟通以降低风险
3、当机器出现故障或故障时，及时排除故障，确保机器可用性
4、根据安全、健康和环境保护方面的规则、程序或当地法规执行或确保适当的执行
5、确保维修任务的质量
6、与其他部门合作，持续改进和解决问题。

岗位要求：
1、5年以上自动化设备维护经验
2、能够运用知识和技能完成任务和解决问题
3、能在高度(18~40米)工作
4、能够适应轮班工作(做四休四，7：00-19：00）
5、具备ms Office基本操作能力
6、具备SQL, Oracle, Java编程经验者优先
