What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and automated equipment used in plant operations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and system upgrades in support of production goals.
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues using technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment and plant systems.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and related industrial technologies.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Commitment to safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
