What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on physical therapy treatments following the established plan of care
- Helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities
- Assisting with transfer techniques and prosthetic/orthotic training
- Utilizing therapy modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, electricity, and massage
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes to the care team
- Educating patients on the safe use of assistive devices (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Wisconsin
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Successful completion of the national PTA exam
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
