Job Description

Workplace Banking

• Provide administrative support and data entry in processing of account opening for Sales Team
• Provide support for CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control
• AML and KRCSA check
• Provide sales reporting and tracking support in timely manner
• Check and update Account and Card status for Sales team submission
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Wealth Banking

• Daily Processing of Account Opening, Servicing Transactions, Pre and Post Sales Transactions, Voice Confirmation, EWF Maker
• Role Provide administrative support in KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control for Sales TeamNon-Sales Se
• rvicing Callback (Such as Returned Mail, Credit Card Overdue, Contact Center Servicing request for Common pool tagged customers
• Expanded JD such as Sales Office Housekeeping - Ordering stationaries, Iron Mountain Archival Maintenance 
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking operations, customer servicing, account opening, or KYC/AML operations preferred.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and banking operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• Strong risk and control mindset.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with high integrity and ownership.
