Government Liaison

The Opportunity: 

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency between the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of War (DoW). As a change management professional, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and act as a liaison on ongoing and new projects between the IC and the DoW. You will work directly with IC and DoW customers to understand current and emerging tradecraft vulnerabilities, and work with stakeholders to determine and implement solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert on DoW matters to assist with driving enterprise approaches to tradecraft management and operationalizing strategies.

You Have: 

• Experience as a civilian or uniform military at the O-5, CW-4, or GS-14 level on a command staff
• Experience working in or with the IC
• Ability to show a willingness to offer assistance and instruction to customers
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

 

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience serving in a Joint Duty Assignment
• Knowledge of the relationships between DoW and the IC operational purposes
• Knowledge of navigating DoW processes
• Ability to navigate both the IC and DoW’s culture and structure
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent customer service skills

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
