Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to support new construction plumbing operations in the field. This role is designed for a skilled tradesman who can read and execute from construction documents, perform high-quality installations, and work collaboratively with project teams to deliver work on time and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical plumbing knowledge with a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and professional jobsite performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day plumbing installation activities for new construction commercial and multifamily projects.
• Read, interpret, and execute from construction drawings, specifications, and issued-for-construction documents.
• Install plumbing systems in accordance with project plans, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate daily work activities with Project Managers, Foremen, General Contractors, and other trades on site.
• Identify and communicate field issues, scope conflicts, RFIs, and material needs in a timely manner.
• Assist with material organization, inventory management, and jobsite readiness to support efficient workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Complete assigned work within project schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate daily work records and jobsite documentation as required.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation as scheduled.

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (required).
• 5-10 years of commercial plumbing experience with significant new construction background.
• Demonstrated ability to read and execute from full construction plan sets including civil, architectural, mechanical, and plumbing drawings.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative construction team.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 certification within 60 days of employment (company-supported).
• Ability to obtain and maintain security badging for Dallas ISD, DFW Airport, and other secured facilities.
• Strong communication skills and a professional jobsite presence.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Bluebeam Revu experience for plan review and field coordination.
• Procore experience for project documentation and project collaboration.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, institutional, or multifamily projects.
• Familiarity with DFW-area commercial construction projects and jobsite requirements.
