Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin)

Hyve Solutions designs, manufactures, and delivers custom server, storage, and networking solutions for leading cloud, social media, and enterprise companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin) who communicates clearly, works well with a team, and can keep accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to part numbers and quantities on assigned pick lists.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and report discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor email and provide status updates on work orders, sales orders, and material transfer orders.
• Verify products during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to help prevent errors.
• Meet departmental productivity standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow established health and safety practices and report workplace hazards or violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Windows-based systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and reach and bend as needed.
• Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack and operate a forklift.
