About the Role
In this role, you will provide first-class support to our residential customers. We will give you all the training you need to be able to help our customers and progress your career.
This is a call-centre based role - you will be taking inbound calls and help with anything from basic troubleshooting to fault finding. We want to empower you to problem solve and deliver our customers the best experience possible.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will work 8‑hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full‑time equivalent).
An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
A background in accounts or customer service
Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach
What You'll Bring
Creating positive customer experiences while meeting service standards
Supporting customers with account and technical enquiries across multiple channels
Managing calls with care and attention
Gently troubleshooting non‑service‑related issues
Navigating challenging conversations professionally and escalating when needed
Following supportive help desk processes, account procedures, and privacy guidelines
