As the Treasury Analyst, you will support the organization’s global Treasury operations by calculating the daily cash position, analyzing working capital, and adhere to accurate execution of treasury transactions across the company’s banking structure. This role partners with internal business partners to enhance operational efficiency, and administers user access on banking platforms, Kyriba and other treasury systems. You will also assist with cash forecasting, as well as debt, and treasury reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and Treasury policies.
In addition, the role provides analytical insights to treasury leadership and supports strategic initiatives, including capital allocation, system improvements, and special projects.
What you’ll do:
Determine daily liquidity needs and assist with cash forecasting:
Execute daily cash positioning
Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs while optimizing excess cash deployment
Maintain, and enhance cash forecasting models
Incorporate known and estimated cash flows into forecasts to ensure accuracy and visibility, including all wire activity
Partner with Treasury Manager on borrowing, investing, and funding decisions, ensuring all decisions adhere to bank cutoff times
Monitor daily bank account activity and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile forecasted to actual cash activity and analyze variances to improve forecast accuracy
Partner with business partners to align forecasts with business activity
Identify trends and provide insights into liquidity and working capital performance
Support debt, foreign exchange, commodity hedging, reporting, M&A, and controls:
Execute, confirm, and track foreign exchange transactions, ensuring timely and accurate settlement
Prepare treasury reporting for senior leadership and external stakeholders, cost of debt analysis, bank fee analysis, and month end reporting/ GL coding for accounting,
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies and procedures
Assist internal and external audit data requests submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Participate in system implementations and process improvements,
Provide analytical support for treasury and broader corporate finance initiatives
Perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making
Collect, review and process wire activity:
Monitoring Wires inbox, ensuring timely and accurate wire execution while ensuring proper approvals and supporting documentation are provided
Process critical payments a day in advance of due date, including debt principal, interest expense, FX, dividend, and share repurchase
Confirm receipt of all debt, interest, and dividend payments with agent
Validate wires debit as expected status and troubleshoot issues with banks and internal teams to resolve any potential issues
Support process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and controls
Treasury systems, banking structure, and administration:
Serve as system administrator for treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba) and banking platforms, monitoring Bank Admin mailbox
Assist in maintaining banking and Treasury system user access, roles, and controls in compliance with SOX requirements, ensuring timely deactivation of users
Help manage bank account database and account map structures, openings/closures, and complete bank documentation updates as needed while adhering to all banking resolution mandates
Maintain process documentation and update as necessary

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field
0-2 years of analytical experience in a corporate finance or accounting function
Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Financial reporting or data visualization tools preferred
Ability to work accurately under time-sensitive deadlines, prioritize multiple activities, and maintain effective controls over cash movement and banking administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize analysis clearly for treasury leadership, business partners, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, support change initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and reporting
