and lead effective collaboration
across cross-functional teams and locations so all functions deliver as one
coordinated team and remove cross-functional blockers early and escalate
critical dependencies in time Own the Infrastructure IP scope
- Clock, Reset, Power, Monitoring - priorities and execution with clear
accountability and provide visionary leadership by defining the future
direction of the Infrastructure IP domain and
translating it into actionable plans Define,
plan, and monitor work packages
and milestone releases to ensure reliable and predictable delivery and enforce
timeline discipline and milestone adherence, balancing schedule targets
with feature scope and quality Translate
platform and product requirements
into clear technical requirements for implementation teams and coordinate
and synchronize architecture, design, verification, integration, and
technical marketing activities end-to-end Perform
risk assessment
and lifecycle risk management, including transparent trade-off decisions and support
budget and profitability planning aligned with roadmap and business goals Ensure
regular, structured management reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and closure
plans and ensure ISO-aligned documentation , governance, and auditable
decision records Ensure
timely response
to customer field issues as part of domain maintenance and develop the team
further through coaching, mentoring, and systematic capability building Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a
comparable technical field 8+ years of project and/or domain leadership
experience ,
ideally in the semiconductor industry, with a demonstrated ability to work
effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments Strong experience in project setup,
feasibility planning, implementation steering, and closure Proven knowledge of risk assessment and
mitigation methodologies (for example FMEA-oriented approaches) Solid knowledge of planning methodologies
and tools (for example Waterfall and Agile), with experience in ISO-oriented
process and documentation discipline ; ISO26262 exposure is an advantage Strong stakeholder management and
communication skills to align teams without direct reporting lines Fluent English communication skills ,
