Key Responsibilities
- Analyze MRP data and convert system recommendations into purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records and update ERP/MRP system data as required.
- Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP/ SAP system.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure clarity in expectations and order fulfillment.
- Track order status and expedite deliveries when needed to support the schedules.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels and lead times to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging situations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role is preferred.
- Experience in SAP/ ERP system.
- Bilingual—fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is desired.
- Strong organizational, communicational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.Preferred Qualifications
