At CESO, a Lead Mechanical Engineer performs a wide variety of technical assignments requiring the application of standard engineering design techniques for small, intermediate, or large projects and completes all necessary tasks on assigned projects so projects finish on time, within budget and consistent with industry production and care standards. The Lead Engineer mentors and supports team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
