Responsible for providing information, suggesting adequate engine specs for applications, supporting the warranty system, service parts and all related activities.

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for providing  information, suggest adecuate engine specs for applications, support the warranty system, service parts and all related activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise the client to: determine the type of engine and the required specification.
• Troubleshooting for administering warranty claims all aspects, such as application forms to determine whether or not to give the warranty, repair receipts and payments, monitoring of sending parts and / or replacement engines.
• Keeping the system of guarantees and rejections of Kohler.
• Maintain updated technical information REHLKO of all products we sell.
• Keep updated and / or translate user manuals and parts.
• Answer any questions from our customers that can not be resolved by the sales department.
• Provide all necessary information, pre and post sales, benefits, costs and benefits about our engines.
• Generate all kinds of reports, monthly and annual statistics required by the area. Updated information.
• Support the Technical Services Manager to apply warranty policy.
• Provide support to the department for updating user manuals and parts.
