WHAT WE OFFER OUR IN-HOME SALES CONSULTANT ROLE

You'll receive a guaranteed starting training pay of $900 per week while learning the business, products, services, and proven sales process. Once training is completed and competency is demonstrated, you'll transition into our sales compensation program with the potential to earn a six-figure annual income.

MAKE AN IMPACT EVERY DAY

As our In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners who need expert guidance regarding their chimney and fireplace systems. You'll learn how to identify concerns, review inspection photos and videos, explain repair and replacement options, and build trust through our Trusted Advisor sales process. You'll spend time alongside experienced technicians and installation crews, gain a deep understanding of the services we provide, and confidently present solutions that help homeowners protect their homes. As your knowledge grows, you'll become a valuable resource customers rely on when making important decisions and you'll have the opportunity to turn those conversations into successful sales.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Proved sales experience
• HVAC systems, roofs, windows, remodeling projects, flooring, kitchens and baths, water treatment, restoration services or other higher-ticket products and services experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Confident discussing pricing and large purchase details
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Excellent communication skills
• Eager to learn a specialized industry
• Goal-oriented, organized, competitive
• Chimney experience is NOT required
