Anytime Fitness New Palestine is growing, and we're looking for a full-time personal trainer who wants more than just a job. This is a career for someone who loves helping people become the best version of themselves and wants to build something meaningful on the east side of Indianapolis.
What you'll do:
- Train clients one-on-one and in small groups, building custom programs around their goals
- Build and grow your own client base through in-club relationships, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new members
- Motivate, coach, and hold clients accountable so they get real results
- Represent the New Palestine community as the face of health and fitness in our club
Who we're looking for:
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) — or willingness to obtain one
- A genuine passion for helping others reach their goals
- Self-motivated and driven — this is a commission-based role, and your effort directly drives your income
- Strong communication skills and a coachable, team-first attitude
- Prior personal training or coaching experience is a plus, but energy and work ethic matter more
