Description
iFAB Corp. is seeking a strategic, people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing organization. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing and engaged workplace.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and confidently navigate employee relations and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
- Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
- Partner with leaders on organizational development, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver effective people solutions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen company culture and retention.
- Ensure HR practices and processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and proactively identify people-related opportunities and risks.
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and managers.
- Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR data into business recommendations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience working with multinational, multicultural, or geographically distributed teams.
- Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or change initiatives.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics platforms.
