--> The position can be based in either Bordeaux or Paris. If based in Paris, travel to Bordeaux is required at least 4 days per month, with all transportation and accommodation expenses covered.

ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As Global Digital Communications Manager, you will lead Betclic's corporate digital communications strategy and oversee the development of engaging, high-impact content across our owned channels.

Reporting to the Deputy Communications Director, you will play a key role in strengthening Betclic's digital presence by developing compelling editorial strategies, creating best-in-class content and ensuring consistency across all our corporate communication platforms.

Working closely with Communications Managers across our different markets, as well as Brand, Marketing, HR, CSR and Public Affairs teams, you will help amplify Betclic's voice through digital storytelling.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

Drive Betclic's digital communications, editorial strategy and storytelling

You'll define and execute Betclic's corporate digital communications strategy, ensuring our stories are brought to life through impactful editorial content and engaging digital experiences.

You will:

Own Betclic's corporate digital ecosystem

  • Define and implement Betclic's corporate digital communications roadmap.
  • Own the editorial strategy across our corporate digital channels (Group LinkedIn, Group Instagram and corporate website).
  • Manage and continuously improve Betclic's corporate website.
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar across all corporate digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and brand identity across every digital touchpoint.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase visibility, engagement and corporate reputation through digital communications.

Create compelling corporate storytelling

  • Produce high-quality written, visual and multimedia content across our corporate channels.
  • Translate complex business topics into engaging and accessible stories.
  • Develop content around AI & Innovation, Technology, Sports, Responsible Gaming, CSR, Employer Brand and Corporate Reputation.
  • Adapt content to different audiences, formats and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate our French creative agency, internal Studio and external production partners to deliver best-in-class content.

Develop Betclic's employee advocacy programme

You'll help make our employees some of Betclic's most authentic ambassadors.

You will:

  • Define and continuously evolve Betclic's employee advocacy strategy.
  • Develop content, toolkits and resources that enable employees to share our stories confidently.
  • Identify and support internal ambassadors across different functions and markets.
  • Measure programme performance and continuously improve participation and impact.

Support communication excellence across our markets

You'll contribute to strengthening digital communications across Betclic's international footprint.

You will:

  • Develop editorial guidelines, digital playbooks and communication toolkits.
  • Support local Communications Managers in adapting and amplifying corporate content.
  • Share digital best practices and emerging trends across markets.
  • Help ensure consistency while allowing flexibility for local market needs.

Measure performance and drive innovation

You'll use data and experimentation to continuously improve the impact of our communications.

You will:

  • Monitor website, social media and campaign performance.
  • Build dashboards and report on key communication KPIs.
  • Analyse audience engagement and content effectiveness.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities based on performance data.
  • Explore new content formats, AI-powered tools and emerging digital trends to continuously evolve Betclic's communications.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise content impact.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

The job is for you if :

  • You have 6 to 8 years of experience in Digital Communications, Content Strategy, Corporate Communications or a similar role, either in-house or within an agency.
  • You have successfully developed digital communication strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • You combine excellent editorial and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of digital performance.
  • You have experience managing corporate websites and professional social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • You understand how digital distribution contributes to communication performance and collaborate with internal and external partners to amplify key corporate content when relevant.
  • You know how to use analytics and performance insights to optimise content and digital campaigns.
  • You're comfortable using design tools such as Canva, Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite to create and adapt high-quality visuals for digital communications and social media.
  • You're curious about AI and emerging technologies and understand how they can enhance communication and content creation.
  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing projects from strategy through execution.
  • Fluent French and English are essential.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

  • If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • Next, you will meet Louise, Deputy Communications Director (your future manager).
  • You will prepare a Case Study.
  • Then, you will meet Nathalie, VP Communication and a stakeholder from the Acquisition and/or Marketing team.
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
