About Our Client
Our client is an award-winning window and door manufacturer experiencing significant growth. They are looking for a dynamic sales leader to lead and grow their renovation division across Alberta.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of the organization’s Supply & Install / Renovation channel. The Sales Manager – Renovation will play a key role in developing the team, driving sales strategy, expanding market opportunities, and growing revenue across Alberta.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager – Renovation, you will lead the growth and performance of the renovation sales channel while developing strategy, coaching the sales team, and building strong customer and industry relationships.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue and expand the renovation channel.

Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth by analyzing regional trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Work closely with company executives to establish sales priorities, market strategies, and performance objectives.

Balance strategic leadership with hands-on business development to support continued growth.
Sales Leadership & Coaching
-
Directly and indirectly coach, support, and develop Renovation Sales Representatives across Alberta.

Establish clear performance expectations and help the sales team achieve individual and overall revenue goals.

Create a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to strengthen sales techniques, relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Customer & Business Development
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Identify opportunities to develop new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the organization’s network and market presence.

Represent the renovation channel professionally while building lasting partnerships throughout the market.
Sales Performance & Forecasting

Develop accurate sales forecasts and establish measurable performance goals.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results.

Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to keep leadership and the sales team aligned.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials for the renovation channel.

Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute initiatives that improve the customer experience and support channel growth.

Ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader organizational priorities and market objectives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
Education & Experience

Proven experience leading and developing a high-performance B2C sales team.

Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and customer relationship management.

Experience analyzing sales performance, market trends, and revenue opportunities.

Experience managing or supporting sales teams across multiple markets is considered an asset.
