- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other professional design applications to produce high-quality finished work.
- Use generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, image creation and modification, storyboarding, design exploration, and production efficiency.
- Support photography, short-form video, and basic motion graphics as needed.
- Prepare production-ready artwork, organize creative assets, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Use campaign results and audience engagement to continually improve creative effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and professional experience will be considered.
- Five or more years of professional graphic design, creative design, or visual communications experience.
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating original concept development and execution across multiple forms of media.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable professional design applications.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both print and digital environments.
- Ability to develop creative ideas independently while effectively incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and project-management skills.
- Experience with photography, video, motion graphics, animation, or AI-assisted creative platforms is a plus.
- Telecommunications, broadband, technology, utility, cooperative, or service-industry experience is also a plus.
