🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- 📋 Lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across operational teams and business functions
- 🤝 Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and success measures
- 📈 Build and maintain project plans, governance structures, milestones, and reporting frameworks
- 🔍 Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early while driving effective resolutions

- Proven capability delivering complex projects, operational initiatives, or transformation programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical, operational, and executive audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies
- Confidence navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving progress in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on commitments
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and create alignment among stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $ 100,000 to $120,000 Or more depending on experience.
