Job Description

Supports clinical trial safety reporting across therapeutic areas and development programs, ensuring accurate and timely case processing, query management, and protocol compliance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain safety standards, resolve issues, and support the execution of clinical trials from early- to late-stage development.

Education Requirement:

  • Medical degree
  • Advanced English proficiency. English level will be confirmed during the process.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in clinical practice and/or the pharmaceutical industry, including drug safety, clinical trials, or drug development, with at least 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts.
  • Basic understanding of drug development.
  • Knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Effective decision-making and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with advanced oral and written English.
  • Advanced computer and database skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
