Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Technical Lead / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise software solutions while providing technical leadership to development teams. The ideal candidate will drive software architecture, ensure engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise software solutions.
- Architect and document technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Break down user stories into clear technical tasks and oversee implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain high-quality applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise software development with team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JavaScript, React, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
