Job Description:

Intelassist Inc. is looking for a real-time analyst who has passion in forecasting, capacity planning, reporting, analytics, staffing, and intraday management. This position leads the contact center’s planning cycles. An objective position that feeds information to decision-makers such as the operations manager or site director. The RTA supports the contact center by providing accurate, detailed real-time analysis and action planning. The RTA is charged with ensuring the center is balancing resources to achieve maximum efficiency without causing employee dissatisfaction. The local resource planning specialist interfaces with many support personnel at all levels in the organization.

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Call Center environment.
• Experience with Sprinklr WFM, Nice, Aspect, or Teleopti (Client preference but not a requirement)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Management tools and systems.
• Experience with RingCentral is an advantage.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Must be amenable to working on weekends.
• This is a 100% onsite position.
