Multicolor Engineer

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Multicolor Engineer – Decorative Paints, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and installation of Multicolor tinting machines at dealer shops and warehouses. You will play a key role in delivering reliable technical support and excellent customer experience.

This position reports to Multicolor Team Lead and is based in Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of Multicolor tinting machines and mixers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Install Multicolor systems and support new dealer shop setups in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain service records, installation details, and spare parts inventory for effective maintenance planning.
• Train dealer staff on the proper operation and basic maintenance of Multicolor equipment.
• Stay updated on Multicolor technology and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We Look for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
•  2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, technical service, or engineering support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Willingness to travel frequently to dealer locations across Bangladesh.
