Location: BirkenheadStatus: Permanent  Hours: 37 hours & 30 minutes per week Rate of pay: £15.15 per hour Please note you must hold a full UK  Manual Driving Licence for this position. (job subject to 4-month internal probationary period). Team Leader We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bromborough Services. This service provides intensive support to 8 individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills. The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People.
