Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
Support the Capital Assets Management Division.
Salary is up to 47,560.00 based on education and experience.
This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for understanding all aspects of the software program. Primary duties may include but not limited to; oversight of the Facility assets/maintenance database and other work duties related to servicing and administering the Facility Maintenance day-to-day maintenance operations. Qualified candidate conducts research and inputs equipment assets, identifies preventative maintenance data, establishes preventative maintenance schedules, reviews, and distributes daily maintenance requests to appropriate shops.
Other responsibilities include developing written/oral reports and presentations, standardizing work processes, supporting overall system modifications and development, and providing routine administration type tasks. This position will also conduct MMS training with agency specific Facilities and Operations maintenance personnel, and other established client users on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
Review, edit and approve customer requests.
Assign work orders to appropriate shops.
Provide customer technical support, such as password resets.
Create client work desks.
Add new members to the program.
Facilitate training sessions with facilities maintenance staff or outside clients.
Provide administrative support to the property and client team.
Assist in creating reports, presenting materials and communications to respective Managers.
Develop standard work, procedures for processing assignment. File appropriately.
Perform database administration, abstraction, and related tasks as assigned.
Maintain related data and physical files at the property/facility as needed.
Review and ensure data integrity in MMS.
Utilize logical site map layout concept to provide ease of finding equipment.
Monitor equipment specification entries to ensure information is accurate and complete.
Ensure data on equipment transfers, or change outs, are thorough and handled accordingly.
Ensure consistency/standardization of system applications. Provide necessary training to all users.
Create MMS reports and submit them to management.
Add new users to the MMS and create security profiles.
Prepare periodic KPI reports for maintenance management.
Exhibit good written and verbal communications skills.
Experience and proficiency in inputting, researching data, and creating reports in computerized maintenance management systems.
Experience and proficiency with the following programs: Microsoft Products: Excel (preferred), Word (preferred), Outlook (preferred), PowerPoint (Preferred), Project and Google Docs.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required; Background or understanding in maintenance, repair, or operations services environment, preferably in support of facilities. 2 years previous work experience in a computerized maintenance management system or enterprise asset management system environment. An understanding of mobile applications, solutions, Building Automation Systems (BAS), or equipment tracking software. Understanding of the proper use of Work Orders, priorities, and schedules. Experience and proficiency in inputting and researching data and creating reports in computerized maintenance management systems

The candidate must have an independent work ethic, good judgment capabilities, have the ability to maintain positive public relations, and must be persuasive. Ability to work in a team environment, fully support the goals and objectives of the Maintenance and Operations efforts. The candidate must be computer literate, be able to interpret technical data and demonstrate an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals.
