The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is a part of WelbeHealth’s People department and an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership team, accountable for managing all aspects of complex recruitment programs critical to WelbeHealth’s growth and continued success. This role will develop and execute recruitment plans and utilize market intelligence and innovative strategies to attract experienced and talented professionals, serving as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership. The Talent Acquisition Program Manager delivers a best-in-class experience to stakeholders and candidates through all stages of the hiring and onboarding process, including the new hire experience. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, coach, and mentor to others within the TA team.

- Leads the strategy and execution of physician and executive clinical recruitment initiatives that directly support WelbeHealth's growth, partnering closely with senior leaders to attract exceptional clinical talent in highly competitive markets
- Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, leveraging market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, and talent insights to build proactive pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes across critical clinical leadership roles

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Own full accountability for the design and execution of recruitment strategies, as well as the evaluation of strategies and outcomes
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Develop relationships with senior leadership and build a solid understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
- Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of stakeholders with continued research, understanding of, and response to the ever-changing competitive landscape, ensuring WelbeHealth’s strong position in the market
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
- Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand by being an ambassador on social media, recruitment platforms, and across markets and networks
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates, as well as manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities
- Minimum of two (2) years of physician recruitment experience is required; experience recruiting medical directors and other clinical leadership positions strongly preferred
- Prior experience in an agency environment and in-house recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a strategic partner
- Demonstrated success creating innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies to fill complex, hard-to-fill roles
- Experience building and nurturing continuous talent pipelines for future hiring needs and succession planning
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
