Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in supplier quality management and automotive manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing items.
- Coordinate with purchasing superiors on all incoming shipments of items.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels on specific spare parts inventories for dedicated production lines and maintenance functions.
- Ensure department associates are provided with necessary supplies to perform their job functions using the internal purchasing process.
- Operate as a cooperative cohesive team to perform effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a minimum inventory of spare parts.
