Internship - Full Stack Developer

The student, as part of the IT R&D lab management solutions team will be contributing to the development of the mobile native application using Outsystems. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Solution Ramp-Up: Ramp-up on the R&D Lab management solutions/use cases identified to be enabled on the mobile native application. Mobile App Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the mobile native application development team and ramp-up on OutSystems by taking available trainings and gradually contributing to the development. Agile Sprint Participation: Be involved in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demo of implemented features. Agile Development Exposure: Work in an Agile development environment, with real-time experience in release management. Internship Learning Outcomes: R&D Lab Operations Understanding: Understand the R&D lab setup, processes, and how they operate within an enterprise environment. OutSystems & Mobile Development: Gain hands-on experience with expert guidance towards the development of the mobile native solution using OutSystems. Full SDLC Exposure: Experience a complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) following Agile practices, from planning to deployment. Technical Skill Development: Foster deep dive development exposure, testing processes, and technical documentation skills. Backend & API Fundamentals: Strengthen understanding of backend development concepts, API integration, and database management in a real project setting. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, or recently graduated, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT/software development experience (e.g., internships, co-ops, or full-time). Mobile Fundamentals: Basic understanding of mobile application development principles, lifecycle, and common best practices. Backend Foundations: Solid grasp of backend development fundamentals, including databases, server-side logic, and integration patterns. API & Integration: Familiar with REST API concepts and experienced in using Postman for API testing and troubleshooting. Low-Code Interest: Strong interest in learning low-code/mobile development technologies, especially OutSystems. Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional working style. Problem Solving: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation skills. Agile Ways of Working: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) and working in sprint-based delivery. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
