Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Mobile Team)

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor (Mobile Team) leads and coordinates a mobile team of field technicians responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple client sites or properties. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strict safety adherence, efficient route scheduling, and clear documentation across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Team Leadership & Technician Delegation:
- Lead, supervise, and deploy a team of mobile technicians to various site locations according to daily schedules and urgent dispatch needs.
- Delegate work orders, assign clear tasks, and monitor technician performance, attendance, and work quality in the field.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and hands-on assistance to team members during complex repairs.
On-Site Maintenance Oversight & Operations:
- Conduct regular site visits to audit completed work, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with client specifications.
- Oversee multi-site preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
- Coordinate rapid response procedures for emergency breakdowns, urgent repair requests, and site outages.
Reporting, Paperwork & Administrative Support
- Review and approve site reports, service sheets, technician job sheets, and daily completion logs.
- Prepare regular performance reports detailing work order completion rates, technician response times, and equipment histories.
- Process purchase requests for spare parts, manage mobile inventory, and verify contractor/vendor work sign-offs.
Client, Vendor & Site Logistics
- as the main point of contact for site managers or clients regarding scheduled visits, maintenance status, and technical issues.
- Manage mobile unit equipment, tools, and company service vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and readiness.
- Oversee specialized third-party vendors operating at mobile site locations.
Health, Safety, & Compliance
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety standards, local building codes, and site-specific safety regulations across all locations.
- Conduct safety toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and incident investigations for the mobile team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in building maintenance or facilities operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role managing field or mobile teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC systems, and field diagnostic procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), mobile ticketing applications, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, task delegation, written reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to travel frequently between different sites.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
