Production Filler Equipment Maintenance/Cleaner

Description

Hayward Laboratories Inc., manufacturer of Palmer personal care products, is searching for the right candidate to fill a newly created position within its Production Maintenance/Mechanic department. 

Primary responsibility for cleaning and maintenance of the Filler equipment on the Production lines. 

• Cleaning line fillers, filler pumps, fill nozzles and piston pumps, CIP cart and PM Maintenance
• Maintenance/inspection/monitoring of all ancillary equipment: pumps, piston pump assemblies, fill nozzles, hoses, etc.
• Monitor and review all paperwork related to equipment and sanitization 
• Assist in development and maintaining inventory system for spare parts and services needed for cleaning equipment and processes related to fillers, pumps, etc. 

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English, do mathematical equations (w/calculator), and read measuring equipment
• Must be able to move individual fingers and arms and feel and handle tools and equipment
• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift, working on multiple lines on the Production floor
• Must be able to bend, push/pull, carry, climb, crouch, twist and reach during course of work
• Able to lift 25 to 50lbs occasionally during shift
