Sales Negotiator – Knutsford | £27,000-£29,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant Knutsford team.
You will receive:
- Base Salary: £27,000-£29,000 DOE + lucrative, generous commission structure
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri (08:30–18:00) | 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day in lieu

Your role:
- Register prospective buyers and sellers, matching them to high-quality properties
- Schedule valuations and coordinate property viewings
- Negotiate offers to successfully close sales and list new properties
- Build lasting, trusted relationships with buyers and vendors across the region
What you bring:
- Proven property sales experience (essential)
- High ambition and a drive to build a long-term, successful real estate career
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural rapport-building ability
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
