What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
- Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training and certification provided).
- Use handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company quality, safety, and freshness standards.
Requirements

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to become certified on company warehouse equipment.
- Successfully complete a post-offer physical assessment.
- Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse products safely throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology, including handheld scanners and voice-picking systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
